I have been certified and working as personal trainer/coach since 2004, and am personally approaching a milestone with close to 20,000 sessions trained. During this time I have had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of age groups, and thus a variety of training goals and objectives.
Reason’s for these goals include:
-Weight Loss/ Body Fat Reduction
-General Health and Well-being
Some people have combinations of goals, while others simply want to train for one thing specifically. The point is, that Exercise can be infinitely modified and manipulated to fit any individuals needs, regardless of age, experience or personal challenges.
With that said, it has been a personal mission of mine to be considered a “Best Practice” trainer by equiping myself with the most relevant and applicable tools currently available.
Education to date:
-National Certifications through ACE and NASM
-Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through NASM
-Orthopedic Exercise Specialist through ACE
