Benefits of Training in Small Groups

  • The most important benefits are lower costs compared to one-on-one training and more personal attention than exercise classes.
  • Training in a group can provide a sense of camaraderie and motivation.
  • The social support of the group has proven to be a powerful tool for attendance and consistency

Total # of Spots are Going to be limited to the first 40-50 people

Once the maximum is reached, then a Second waiting list will be formed in the order of inquiry

The Program will focus on all aspects of Fitness:

-Strength training
-cardio training
-flexibility and mobilty


 You can choose from a 2x per week or 3x per week Monthly Membership option

 Sometimes groups will have People with different levels of fitness. It is our job to make sure your program is working and modified to your level.
