Michael Thomas

Entering my 12th year residing in the St. Louis area and 5th year at Peak Performance. I began working with young athletes in 2003 teaching sprint mechanics at Athlete’s Acceleration in my home state of Iowa. My 15 years as a fitness professional have been filled with extensive experience and continuing education through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, International Sports & Science Association, Titliest Performance Institute (TOI), Functional Movement Systems, TRX Suspension Training and Spinning. I also have experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and as an Assistant Basketball Coach during my time with the Fontbonne University Men’s Basketball program from 2012-2014.

I believe daily activities are centered around movement. Training sessions should be structured to compliment those activities while challenging an individual’s body and it’s physical imbalances.
