Program Design simply means creating a purposeful system or plan to achieve a specific goal. Programming is an inherent element with all of our training clients. However we offer this as a separate service as well.

Here’s How it Works
Initially we need to go through a fitness assessment. This will last at most an hour; we will talk goals, needs, and any concerns or questions you may have. Next will be some movement screening and any additional information we need to gather to build your program. From here we will send your program electronically or during another appointment if set up.
One Monthly Coach-Up Appointment
A good program is built upon the foundation of our Fitness Assessment. An initial meeting will give us a fundamental representation of your goals, needs, movement abilities, and medical history.
